To unlock this potential I use Experiential approach that calls into focus your actual emotional, visceral experience as it is lived in the here-and-now of the therapy session. This is a very efficient way to produce a palpable sense of relief and empowerment right in the session as well as to bring about deep and lasting change. In our sessions I will guide you to notice the real-time emotions, perceptions and physical sensations. This will allow you to experience empathic support and emotional shifts in the real time, which you can draw upon in your day-to-day life.
As your treatment continues you can expect to experience moving from depression and worry to renewed zest for life, from feelings of shame and worthlessness to authentic confidence and increase in steady energy, from perpetual loneliness to the sense of belonging and love. Some of that will come from the strides you make in therapy as I stand with you while you move out of your emotional comfort zone, but a lot of it will come from better relationships at home and work, greater connection with the loved ones and greater capacity to remain centered even in the face of difficulties.
