I am a kind of therapist that strongly believes in every human being’s capacity to heal, grow and thrive to realize their full potential.
To unlock this potential, I use an experiential approach that brings into focus your emotional and visceral experience as it is lived in the session. My lens includes both emotions and the body, how feelings move through breath, posture, movement, and sensation, alongside words. This way, relief and change are not just understood but felt directly and immediately, so you leave each session with something real to hold on to.
As therapy continues, you can expect a steady shift: the weight of depression and worry begins to lift, replaced by a new sense of energy and aliveness. Feelings of shame soften into a more grounded confidence, while the pull of loneliness gives way to a felt sense of belonging and connection. Some of these shifts come from the progress you make in session, but much of it will come from how you begin to connect differently with the people in your life, at home, at work, and in your closest relationships.
In my years of work I have helped many patients to overcome difficulties like:
- Depression
- Anxiety and emotional overwhelm
- Low self-worth, self-doubt, and shame
- Emptiness, disconnection, or lack of meaning
- Loneliness
- Relationship and family struggles
- Grief and loss
- Major life transitions
- Work and career challenges
If these are kind of difficulties that you experience, please don’t hesitate to contact me. I speak with everyone personally before scheduling an appointment to make sure it’s a good fit.
